ebenefit upgrade

I know this may sound like a really dumb question, and I am almost embarrassed to ask.  But how do I upgrade my ebenefits account to Premium?   I really feel foolish asking this, and it is probably so simple a five year old kid could do it.  But I am not sure.  I press the button for premium, and it takes me to the menu page.  Any help would greatly be appreciated.  And try not to laugh too much.  Thanks

YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE VA TO GET IN PERSON AUTHENTICATED THEN YOU'LL HAVE A PREMIUM ACCOUNT

I asked my VA doctor during one of my exams.  About a week later I was upgraded.

Thanks for the info guys.  I will follow up with the VA to  get my ebenefits account to premium.
