Wayne TX
Can a civilian MD fill out a VA DBQ form and submit to VA..........or is a VA DBQ form strictly for VA Doctors only to submit? Also, how hard is it to get a VA MD to agree to do a DBQ if approached? Edited April 5, 2016 by Wayne TX
