C-file And Srm's

Hi,

This may sound dumb to you guys. I have received copies of my C-file and SMR's but they do not contain anything that you speak of.

When I received my adminitrative records from the archives, all military medical records were at the R. O.

What is susposed to be within the C-file?

Do you receive a copy of your private medical records that you have turned in to the Va. at an earlier date?

What I received was mostly dental and eye checks ups and transfer from one duty station to another.

Not much else was included.

The records of previous filing for benefits were not within the files.

Thanks,

Josephine

Army 1968,

I know that they have all of the records, as I have seen them at the Va. but they will not give me a copy.

Freedom of information act or not.

I feel that they are hiding my first filing date. There is something that they do not wish for me to see.

My claims file is at the BVA - AMC and when they make their decision, I am going to try to get all of it from them.

When the Va doesn't tell me if they have such and such, I have been sending them another copy.

They have a Bible on me by now.

I would just like to read it all.

Thanks bunches!

Josephine
