Question

Decision letter says:

Chronic Fatigue :

The eveidence does not show chronic fatigue syndrome is related to the service connected condition of fibromyalgia, nor is there any evedence of this disability during military service

Service connection for chronic fatigue syndrome is denied since this condition neither occured in nor was caused by service

We did not find a link between your medical condition and military service.

I serverd in the first Gulf War and I have had my Fibromyalgia granted under the presumtive, but for the 2nd time they have denied service connection for the chronic fatiuge, I provided them with a DBQ from my private Neurologist and have been receiveing treatment at the VA for it and Chronic fatigue is even listed in my VA health problem list with a diagnoctic code.

I am unsure what to do now, DRO appeals are a year out and the good Lord only knows how far out standard appeals are, I heard it's 3 to 5 years.
