John Dorle mentioned this on the excellent radio show with Dr Bash this past Tuesday.
I thought letters had already been sent to many TBI vets...but that was not the case.
Ben Krause also has a article on this that Tbird might have posted already below the forums where Ben's articles are.
VA did not use the appropriate C & P doctors, who are required to do these TBI exams in many cases and some (maybe many) could have done the exam wrong to the veteran's detriment or even set the vet up for a future negative TBI exam. I haven';t read Ben's post through yet but see their are comments from vets already on it.
