Don't know if I'm in the right section but I have a question about a possible secondary injury related to my degenerative spondylosis. Doing my physical therapy exercises (at home) I ripped my meniscus in my left knee. It's been 6 years now and it's really beginning to bother me. The doctor said before that if I have no pain, then I'm fine. (WTF). Any comments, or am I just reaching to far?
