Physical Therapy injury

Question

Don't know if I'm in the right section but I have a question about a possible secondary injury related to my degenerative spondylosis. Doing my physical therapy exercises (at home) I ripped my meniscus in my left knee. It's been 6 years now and it's really beginning to bother me. The doctor said before that if I have no pain, then I'm fine. (WTF). Any comments, or am I just reaching to far?

Hey Draggon,
You might want to first check out the rating criteria for the knee. §4.71a   Schedule of ratings—musculoskeletal system. which I posted below. If you meet the criteria, then it might be worth exploring. Just remember that you will need a current diagnosis and a doc connecting it to your back. Perhaps your doc can fill out a DBQ and write an appropriate medical opinion, otherwise you will likely have to go through a C&P exam. I hope this helps!
