0 Moderator broncovet Posted July 27, 2017 Moderator Share Posted July 27, 2017 You service connect these disabilities the same way as all the others: You need the Caluza Elemenents (aka the Caluza triangle) as follows: 1. Current diagnosis of your conditon(s). 2. In service event or aggravation. 3. Nexus, or medical link between 1 and 2. If you are trying to get these sc secondary to an already sc condition change that a bit. You dont need an in service event, as you already have that with your primary condition. You need a diagnosis and link to your primary condition.

Are any of these conditions listed in your service records? If not, do you have any conditions in your service record that would be connected to them? Are you a Gulf War vet? If so, that may give you a little leeway going for chronic presumptives, but it's not usually an easy route.
0 Moderator broncovet Posted August 10, 2017 Moderator Share Posted August 10, 2017 I almost forgot. You may have a "presumptive" service connection, depending upon when you served, and where: Heart problems are on this list: http://www.militarydisabilitymadeeasy.com/vapresumptivelist.html
