Normally the VA does not give "advance notice" of a favorable decision, but stranger things have happened. Did the VA employee identify himself?? You are just going to have to wait on the decision. 0 Moderator broncovet Posted March 12, 2018 Moderator Share Posted March 12, 2018 You are supposed to be given "expiditious treatment" by the VARO on implementation of your remand. Further, if this is a "partial grant"/partial remand, they are supposed to pay you right away for the award portion, and not delay it until the remanded portion is complete. It should not take long.
