silverdollar22
I have a question about if I can file for compensation for my acid reflux caused by my mental health medicines? I have to take acid reflux medication for my reaction to my Wellbutrin and Effexor. I have been taking it for about a year now and every time I try to stop, it comes back with a vengeance. Do I have a claim or should I just forget it? If I can and get it service connected at 10% that would jump me to 90%! Is it worth it?

Guest L
GERD/ Acid Reflux : https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/gerd/diagnosis-treatment/drc-20361959 Secondary Claims due to medication info: https://ptsdlawyers.com/blog/3-most-common-claims-left-on-the-side-secondary-service-connection-for-side-effects-of-medications/ as @willij57 stated this can be managed with lifestyle changes and compensatory techniques or even a medication stoppage or change. Good Luck
