Possible Army Ratings

Rate this question

ARMY MED

Question

I was found unfit for the following condition and was looking to see if anyone would know what I would be looking at getting from the ARMY ( I have many other conditions that will be covered under the VA, but I have 17 years and do not want to get out with less than the 30 % to get retirement benefits): Lumbar spondylosis/ intervertebral disc syndrome, status post surgical fusion with post laminectomy pain syndrome. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Brandon

Your disability percentages on these or other issues will depend on "symptoms", once they are service connected.

For example if one or more of your maladies are asymptomatic, the highest likely rating will be zero percent.  Since I dont know your symptoms, I can not opine on a disablity percentage, if any.
