Eligible for Medical Care Benefits?

Rate this question

Max Rommel

Question

I was recently awarded a 10% rating for Tinnitus. I received a letter from the VA that said, "Our records show that the information used to establish your benefits has recently changed and that you are now enrolled in Priority Group 3. Your unique eligibility factors are 1.) 10% Service Connected, 2.) Determined to be a Vietnam-era herbicide exposed veteran."

My question is: As a Priority Group 3 vet, can I now go to the VA for treatment of medical conditions other that the Tinnitus?

Thanks. Btw, your answers to the earlier question I posted here were great. I appreciate it.

Max

(I AM NOT A RATER- I work the claims BEFORE they are rated, annotating medical evidence in your records, VA and Legal documents,  and DA/DD forms- basically a paralegal/vso/etc except that I also evaluate your records based on Caluza and try to justify and schedule the exams that you go to based on whether or not your records have enough in them to warrant those)
