Oran L Root
Can anyone share with me any research or studies that connect Agent Orange and Pulmonary Fibrosis? I am aware of one case that was won in court, but I would like to find a study connecting the two. Oran
0 Moderator broncovet Posted October 29, 2018 Moderator Share Posted October 29, 2018 Even if we could point you to this research, this does not mean you would get your benefits. As always, you need 3 caluza elements for service connection, not a research study or a purple hat. The Caluza elements are : 1. current diagnosis 2. In service event or aggravationerer 3. Nexus or doctos opinion that 1 and 2 are related. I suggest you get your medical records, and focus on the caluza elements. Remember, the participitants in the research study are not seeking va benefits you are. So, you have to demonstrate that YOU meet the caluza requirements, not those study participants. 0 FormerMember
You can win any claim with an IMO that connects the dots. The catch is the $2 K cost for the IMO.
