Question

I’m a disabled veteran for multiple different claims ie knees ankles and ribs removal for accidents while in service now having other issues like my hips and back I was light infantry while in service can I use my mos as a basis of my new claim because my condition is getting worse have to sleep with a pillow between my legs and my back can’t sit or stand long periods as being in the Infantry your running long distances an forced road marches you carry everything on your back to include mission enc. weapons I was in mortars so heavy equipment.

That sounds like a plausible approach. You could also try going for secondary SC to your existing disabilities.

For hip disabilities, it might be helpful to get familiar with the rating criteria and compare that to your medical records to see if you meet the criteria.
