Its not that simple (never is with VA).

First, did you document all 3 Caluza Elements required for SC, or did you kind of guess this stuff is in your records?  (bad idea).

So, lets say you get past the strict Caluza elements and get it SC.  (No guarantee, and usually reqires appeals).

Now, your doctors diagnosis..what is it?? Is it one of these??

I "could" take a wild guess at 20 percent, but that could be way off.  It would likely depend on the degree of ROM limits, the intensity and frequency of pain levels, and the degree, if any, that it impairs your ability to work.

Its just a guess, and would depend mainly upon your records, how often you went to have it treated, what the treatment was, etc.etc.

Or, I can give you the short version:

WE HAVE NO CLUE.

Thanks for your detail response. Very helpful. Yes I have all visits documented for last one year along with event impact happened. Also received referral to see specialist after PCM examined X rays. He suggested for surgery. Having said that regarding ROM, I can't straight hand, can't hold heavy things, can't open door knob, can''t push ups. My everyday activities have been impacted very badly because of this. Thanks again for sharing views. Really appreciate it.
