Question

This subject came up here recently and there is a wealth of info here on these disabilities as well as at

https://cck-law.com/news/pyramiding-how-to-avoid-stacking-your-va-ratings/

CCK (excellent lawyers for veterans ) has multiple articles on this issue and

Chris Attig, a superb vet attorney has many articles on TBI and PTSD at his site:

https://www.veteranslawblog.org/author/vetlawattiglawfirm-com/

Both sites have a search feature.

TBI is a physical injury ( that might cause MH issues.)

PTSD is a mental health issue based on a stressor.

These are two separate types of disabilities.

There is also more info in the recent post I made, this AM

under Cp exam weight
