For those aware of Dr. Ellis like I was, I just didn't want to take the flight to OK. So I went local and found a doctor just as competent and caring. So if you're mainly from the southwest or northwest or another part of America and want to see America. Make the trip to Vegas and drive down to his office. If you plan it right you can initially stay on the Vegas strip Casino 3-4 star hotels (Westgate, Circus Circus Luxor, Excalibur, etc) for $60 after tax and resort fee a night. As well as find cheap flights. I drove up from Phoenix.

Dr. Livingstone does IMEs and only works on Tues/Weds/Thurs out of his office.  Front office was professional and is a nurse who was married to a sailor. He charges 300/hr for the exam and 150 for the report. Dr. Livingstone is a physiatrist - Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician.

His report was well written and detailed came out to 8 pages not including his medical biography. I highly recommend!
