So I have remand instructions from the BVA telling the local RO to move the date of my disease to a year earlier.  I went on to VA.gov today and saw this.  I am at a total loss here, because I know I meet all the requirements for the 60% of my disease.  Does this mean they are sending it back to the board and I will hear from them also? or are they denying me again?

I know I will get this SSC and depending on what the they have deemed or not then I will have another fight on my hands.  It is saying I have 1-2 months to submit new evidence, so I am wondering if they are granting one and denying the other.  hmm now waiting for the mail. LOL
