Advanced on the Docket appeals are prioritized so that they’re always at the front of the line. Your appeal will be sent to a judge as soon as it’s ready for their review.

 

 

Up to date as of August 23, 2019, at 9:10 a.m. ET What happens next? From  Vet.gov  

call BVA 8/19/19 told me my case was in storage or review storage with no time line .  whats next how long if anything my other sufficient cause worsting .

I have also been advanced since 24 aug 2020  va.gov shows status closed issues list various granted and not granted issues but no one can tell me anything as of 30 November UNSat for no info as per appeals board phone call
