Hello All, I have a C&P exam coming up in Dec and am currently working with Phys therapy for my knees. Can anyone explain these notes to me regarding my ROM or range of motion? I'm a bit lost on how these are measured and the jargon used. The therapist said I have bad range of motion even compared to someone that is 80 years old. It also says I'm positive for IT band syndrome, which I wasn't aware of. Im currently service connected and at 10 % for both knees. I have severe pain when I try to extend or flex my knees which I cannot fully do both. Any input would be very helpful, Thank you!
