Intent to file

I submitted an intent to file in 2015, and it’s never went anywhere after that. No percentage awarded... can anyone tell me what my next step would be? Do I need to contact the regional office?

Unfortunately, your ITF has expired after a year.   The idea was you file an ITF, then you file the claim, within  a year and get the effective date of the ITF.  

 You need to file sooner as oppossed to later.  This is still another great reason not to use ITF.  There are others, too.  Dont use it next time.  I think VA may have eliminated ITF, recalling something by Alex Graham on Asknod.
