Welcome to Hadit!

Need to check the VA's rating criteria to determine the answer to your question:
§4.104   Schedule of ratings—cardiovascular system.

The heart ratings appear to mostly duplicate each other. There is an effort in the VA to consolidate the majority of these and rely mostly on METS.

For most of the ratings, METS greater than three and less than five tends to result in a 60% rating with angina.

To know for certain, you would need to check the criteria for your specific four digit diagnostic code rating.
