I sincerely apologize for using HRL here when I really meant HLR -" Higher Level Review" and I thank Broncovet for pointing that out to me....I probably did that many times.....so sorry ............everyone 

but at least it isnt as bad as many years ago when a vet was asking about his EED and I asked him if he told his VA doctor that his penis bends when he attempts intercourse.....I thought he typed ED ........!!!!       so embarrassing to make that error but the vet got a good LOL out of it.

Actually a vet rep told me that is what a VA doctor needs to hear, in order to help award SMC for ED- I have no idea if that is really true because this same vet rep the next time I ran into him at the local VA, had never heard of the Nehmer decision and this was in 2003- the Nehmer Court Order is dated 1991.
