Question

What happens when a vet is 100% IHD and then gets rated for an additional SC 100% (cancer)? or yet another SC 100% Aplastic Anemia? How do the raters handle that if they can't concluded one is not related to another? Just curious...

A veteran rated 100% for a single disability or TDIU for a single disability plus an additional disability or combined disabilities of 60% opens the doors to SMC monthly payments. If the disabilities are so close that they cannot be rated separately, as far as I know they would/will rate the one that is most defined by the veteran's symptoms.

My intentions are to help, my advice maybe wrong, be your own advocate and know what is in your C-File and the 38 CFR that governs your disabilities and conditions.

Do your own homework. No one knows the veteran’s symptoms like the veteran. Never Give Up.

I do not give my consent for anyone to view my personal VA records.
