Question

I did intent to file in May. Submitted in June and received in July. I had my C&P on 14 August. Up until friday I was still in evidence gathering and review. Last update 19 July. Then 10/7 it changed to the below:

    What does the "you or someone else submitted "181" etc. mean?

There is a very recent discussion on VBN of codes like those appearing on veterans VA.GOV personal web page regarding disability claims.  According to the VA raters and a VSO those codes are not used by VA VARO raters/adjudicators and are a third party software designation that runs/control the website and have no significance to your claim.  They do not know what the codes mean say they.  A good question and maybe someone knows a correct answer.

Personally I think you are reading into it too much. Either the Va or you submitted documents that’s all. I suggest to let the claim take its course. If it is denied I recommend that you appeal to the BVA. Because the HLR is a waste of time in my opinion. However you do what you believe to be in your best interest. Best of luck
