timetowinarace
Does anyone have any experience with the VA treating serious conditions in a timely manner? Fluid from my brain is leaking into my ear and then down my throat, undiagnosed from a '91 head injury that is as yet unrated. This has a high potential for menengitus and thus requires emergency surgury when found. After 14 years I worry less about that as I do the fluctuations in cranial pressure causing further damage to my already challenged brain. Not to mention the undenieable proof to my C&P claim. I have been told for 14 years that nothing is wrong with me except depression. I can't really go outside the VA as I have been unable to work for some time. HadIt.com Elder Pete53 Posted October 24, 2005 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted October 24, 2005 Time the va track record for treating is not so hot. However, you might look at getting help from Patient Rep to push them after asking them first I guess. Good Luck Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.
