Put one coat over bare sheetrock for a primer. Only needed to put one more coat for good even coverage. I was really amazed for the cost at how well it did.

I'm DONE with the AMC, so I'd better start a new topic LOL!

The AMC agreed that I had a valid claim of CUE. Then, when I sent the AMC my "Rebuttal", I informed them that CUE can not attack a non-final pending claim; a claim that has not been finally adjudicated can not rise to the level of CUE. So, the BVA vacated the AMC decision LOL! When I filed the claim for EED for PTSD (2004), I said I had a Pending Claim ... I can't sleep tonight, my daughter leaves tomorrow, I'll have more to say on the matter this week.
