Question

I came accross a report from last September on the DRO process vs Traditional appeals process that was done by the VA for Congress.

It stated the average time for DRO appeals was 265 days and the traditional appeal review at the RO was 230 days.

Wow im at 490 days on a DRO review(only 2 issues), I guess I am not average.

What is the saying; figures don't lie, but liars can figure!

Best regards,

the numbers are so full of crap... 1.5 year for dro decision, yet the b.s. for the charts in this b.s. from the v.a. in my area say something like 260 days... (San Diego)

but my 1.5 years is (you know the easy math..) the somehow cut off 300 days in their estimate and lied tryingot say that it is 260, when in fact so far it's been 365 x 1.5 = x

(x=total complete b.s. and lies squared...)

** at least 1.5 years with no dro decision... after hearing..

If they read evidence they would not need so many hearings,,,

I wish I could say what I think, but,, I think every other Disabled Vet is thinking the same thing,,,, and it is reallly tough language that won't be said here..

MY congressman might be able to help, I wil let you guys know in a month or so.

**what do I expect from his inquiry

*when I say my congressman, I mean his office.. not really him... of course he is really busy doing htings for rich people.. (probably)...

** I expect just info on what stage my claim is at..

anything else he finds out or does is icing on the cake..

MY main conern when I contacted my congressman is where is my claim, and why haven't they answered my hardship request.. ( fatal disease..)

I know it's probably a waste of time, but did you write the person who wrote the article and tell them they are lying sacks of crap? Or maybe a little nicer...

Once in a while I send the personal note telling them they are totally wrong.. I really get angry when people write lies and no one challenges them...
