C&p For Tinnitis & Hearing Loss

Question

I was just notified by the RO to have an examination for my claim for hearing loss. I have been already examined for this as this in my VA medical file, I also was examined by a private DR who wrote a letter and I sent that with my claim. You would think that the va would have requested my medical file and seen that I have been going to the VA for annual check-ups. Now I will have to send the info into the RO. Is this standard practice?

If you have a copy of an Audiology report that is one year old or less

and it supports hearing loss and tinnitus, I would certainly run it over to my

RO and get a date stamped copy.

Just be sure to NEVER miss a scheduled C&P examination.
