the lawyer did ask for hearing but never got one with DRO which the 800 # tells husband his appeal is there @ office since 4-2010
lawyer is also working on SSD said can take up to 14 months husband has been turned down 2 times in a year
it would just be nice to hear something from the VA 800# beside the same-o-same-o
so I guess it just going to take years with the DRO just like it does to use the BVA. Hello I am taking over for my wife she get a little confused with computers, to answer your question I did try to contact the FL State Rep. but I had no reply as of yet, when we move from KY to FL all we did was transfer the claim over, I meet the criteria for PTSD that they require now and I was told that the DRO would be quicker so I went with it. I am getting tire of ST. Pete excuses for why they wont grant me compensation. Can anybody give me any advise on what to do to get this DRO off of his butt to look at my appeal
