TDIU 100 % since Aug 15, 2007, just received 21-4140 "date mailed" Aug 1, 2008. So I'm 72 days out with a 60 day limit to return this. No date on envelope. Guess I have failed to return this in 60 days already. I read somewhere, I can mail a letter telling VARO I'm still unemployed due to SC and have not been employed. Will contact my State Rep Tue 14th for sure about this. Guess I' ll just send a letter every year to comply with 38 CFR 4.16 ect T-BIRD tks for this form !
