I agree patience, but has this happen to anyone out there. A simple claim, oh well maybe tomorrow, or the first of December?????

Sounds like a decision was made, You might ask your VSO to check into it for you.
i just don't understand, just spoke to someone on the 800# and they said that they sent out a notification letter on friday the 25 here in Fla, and i have nothing. Can someone tell me if there is a time span betwwen the time it shows going out and the time they do send it out???? I don't have a VSO. My RO is in Fla , mail they send today i have next day. I have been checking my bank accout for direct deposit because some say they sometimes get there benifits before the letter comes???? any advice would be helpful.
Thank You all

Called the 800 Va line today and they said that my claim had been closed, and i will be notified by mail. My claim was for tinntuis and vertigo and I was wondering if this is good or bad, have een waiting sinse march last???? Iam rated 30% PTSD and have a appeal on rating on that. Could they be waiting on appeal????

Thanks, Gulf, I assumed they all went to the same place in St. Louis, and from your post it sounds like they don't.

Can any one tell me if asking for my Medical service records from the 800 ppl delay my claim I have in for 7months now. do they pull my claim out of line and I go to bottom???? thank you all

I hope so I have written to mine regarding my appeal and claim.
Does anyone think working with my congressman is the cause of it going so fast now? Is it a GOOD thing or a BAD thing that it was rated so quickly?

john,
DITTO - man, you'll never know how much I appreciate reading your off the cuff attitude
in response to the horrific behavior of some of these so called leaders.
Just leaving "we" the people hanging out in the wind.
To be absolutely honest, I have been soooooo concerned that a vet, alone and sick
could actually be listening to the TV / Radio, 24/7, then reading internet grape vine
and perhaps start contemplating options of maybe even leaving this world - -
like people jumping out of windows when the stock market crashed and the depression hit.
This has been a big concern of mine.
There are so many things in life that already stink for many people.
To realize that we most likely have vets out there, in the situation I described above,
and what this could push them over the edge to do with having no support system,
almost brought me to tears - daily.
Anyways - thanks for the post with a little kick em in the pants attitude !
