Does it just give you Champva health benefits and Chapter 35?
I have IU, does it mean my IU is permanent now since I got P&T also?

I'm so close to being done with this, for now. I'm ultra excited, I got a call from the main office yesterday giving me a break down and it was everything I was expecting! No updates to ebens and claim still says "prep for notification".....
My last claim took over a month for my decision letter to arrive...
I'm very excited and antsy right now, feels like time is going by super slow.

She recently got a claim moving and completed for me. It was in review of evidence to complete in four days!!
She has definitely helped and I would try another email to her Jesusplay....

Who do I email? I emailed her last year and did not get a reply, 13 months waiting on a simple claim.

I'm confused, I am current rated 80% over and soon will be 100% via IU. I get in my car and go to grocery stores early in the mornings once a week to force myself to get out of the house(vs buying food for a months). I sometimes go through drive throughs to get food. I occasionally go shopping at home depot, or lowes, and work on something around the house. When my mood is up I try to volunteer which is rare, like twice this year so far.
Would I be eligible for SMC-S? Being IU already means I cannot hold a job so that's confusing...

1/25 pressed it, claim has been in ROE for 5 months. 6 month old claim, request for increase for 1 contention.

Ask the VA to make a decision on your claim as you have no more evidence to submit? Is that all it takes now. Hmmm.
Look at your dependency claims? oOOh chat with a real life VA claims representative. Say it ain't so. Pinch me am I dreaming.
The application is sketchy at best. Most functions time out or give you an error message but I have to hand it to the designers it is a pretty shade of blue. Now the test, is it going to be more useful and reliable as in the past. Hmm.

ACE, you aren't needed. The examiner reviewed your records. Acceptable Clinical Evidence, a C&P exam where the veteran doesn't attend.

I went there today. watched a video and listed to a lady tell me stuff I already knew. Then the next person basically told me I can't work, then sent me on my way. Nice people though. I guess ILP is for people with physical disabilities because nothing was mentioned. 2 months ago I was denied IU, so when I try to work I'm told I can't?

I sent my va benifits office a request to re-open a claim with new evidence. I checked the open claims and it says:
Automated 5103 Notice Response
Date Requested: 08/26/2014
Due Date: 09/25/2014
I have nohthing else to submit and I don't want my claim to sit until sep 25, what to do? -
You can always refuse the compensation you earned.

I was granted SSDI for my SC condition after 7 months, Only complaint is last month after 4 months my TDIU claim was denied. I'm putting in a reconsideration with my SSDI file.
