berta ,or anyone please chim in. adwarded 30%ptsd mdd in sept of 06 ,eed april 06.did not nod because of other issues on appeal. instead reopened ptsd and mdd for increase to 70% and tiud oct 06.granted ss in april of 06 for s/c mdd and ptsd.last worked day 22 april 06 and folling monday filed for ss.what do you think eed should be? va says oct 06. i think it be be april o6 when i stoper working. thanks for all answers .chief 313.awarded 100% if i drop all other claims.which already agreed too.

dear berta, granted 100% p&t ptsd and mdd june ist 2007. filed orgional claim may 2006.granted 30%ptsd and mdd sept 06.lowed balled,more like 50%.filed for increase 28 of oct o6.quit working april 06.my pc doctor said unemployable june o6 due to ptsd and mdd. what should correct efective 100% date be?the va says oct 06. or april 06. thanks for all answers.best regards chief313.

nod all diened issues 04 20 06 on back, ankel injury in vietnam, gerd second to mdd and ptsd.knee patella fomoral diease.ples planus second to ankel injury.waited 9 mos for personal hearing at waco r/o. waited 4 mos for soc. all issues diened, rubber stamp of frist.va failed to consider all laws under title 38 sec 1154.refused private md,s imo,s.send imo from podiatrist ankel injury is related to issues having now. not in service records lost or not filed in vietnam.tired of all issues with waco. did not as for bva hearing will go evidence on record. berta,vike 17 , terry, anyones thoughts? best regards chief 313

had a c& p exam for ankel injury in vietnam, per dro. went armed with mri and private dr,s opinon more likey than not residuals on this injury in vietnam. think it went well. will find out next week. have another appt. with pcp. will post results.best regards chief 313.

my dro hearing was in waco ro 1 month ago, called today to find out status and since i requsted a copy of hearing and c file.its been sitting waiting to be copied. have one open claim for increase and iu. they are just sitting too. waiting to go to rating board. anyone chime in for possible time frame. thanks chief 313. also told they need no more information. vike 17, berta.terry. anyone.

vike 17 or anyone, found out today my claim for 70%mdd and ptsd is at rating board. won ss award for service connected mdd disability. also primary care physican says i am unemployable .private psychiatrist md says same . have been going to counseling at va. think have all my ducks in a row. any ideas on how long and if any more informatiom is needed? anyone can chime in . best regards chief 313.

berta, while at s/o office before hearing was told we can,t find your 21-8940 iu applacation. so filled out another but lost almost 3 months. sent certified mail ,have recipt. any ideas what i can do about eed? bedt regards chief 313 . this is second time the va has lost records or my claims.

dear berta, i am service connected for 30% for mdd and ptsd. also 30% for vertigo and hearing lost. applied for increase to 70% for mdd anxiety disorder and iu. my pcp doctor says i am employable and md mental heath md says same. go to va counseling every week and private phd every other week. also recieved ss in oct 06 for mdd. also iu in send ss award letter to va in nov 06 still waiting for am answer. the dro hearing was for a accident in vung tau vietnam, ankel, knee and back injury. went to 86th med detchment at airfield. lost records are not in my c file. was drafted with back pain, knee pain, tends to nervenous (anxiety disorder) its on my induction physical . my lawyer put all information together and all prevaling laws for the hearing. was repsented by texas veterans commision. the testimony was for this accident. if denied will to to bva. also have mornting report from my company showing non-duty status and a buddy statement of taking enemy fire just missed taking hit and to my anxiety disorder. best regards chief 313.
