  1. Please explain to me where to find the BlueButton on eBenefits. My husband and I can easily go to eBenifits and check his claim status and view his current rating and other things. But where is this BLUEBUTTON where we can check his C&Ps. Thanks in advance.
  2. Yes my husband do have at least one sc disabilities that is rated at 40%. He have two. His last letter didn't include an 'inferred IU Claim" pending statement. We just applied for IU. Stilled kinda new to this site, what do you mean by DX'd . He was diagnose with PTSD in his current rating (4/2015) but had a sleep study done one month before he got his current rating at the VA Hospital and found out he has SA and had to get a CPAP Machine.
  3. Thank You so mulch Andyman. I really needed to hear this today. If I keep on and hang in there something great will happen. Like I said earlier my husband will just quite and give up. I have to continue to fight for him. It get hard sometimes but I found out that it is good to be connected to others that are going or have been through similar or the same situations. I thank God for this site and the great people on this site that take the time to help and encourage others to hang in there. God Bless!!!

  6. I post some information to the question you ask me on" my thread title "Questions" . I think I put it on the wrong person post E3 Seaman. Please read it. I have to leave for a little while but will love to hear your response. Thanks a lot.
  7. Thanks for the information. I'm making sure I have all paperwork. Please read what I just send to Pete992. I will need help, please let me know how I can get that report from you (SSDI).
  8. Yes this is a new rating and he got it on April 2015. My husband will not do any of this because it bothers him and he get upset with the VA system and will quite. I'm off work for the summer and giving this my full attention before I go back to work. No they did not consider him for unemployability at the time of his rating because when he filed for an increase in 2014 he was working at that time. He have gotten worser since he filed in 2014 (for April 2015 rating). He even had a sleep Apnea study done with the VA after we send in for an increase in 2014 and this was not included in April 2015 rating. He has a cpap machine and fall asleep through out the day as well. There are issues that has changed as well since his currently rating and we will let the VA Doctors know on next visits (June 30th and July 15th). Theses are SC issues that are preventing him from working now.
