I was USAF Sgt. assigned to Tandem Switching center on Camp Frienship "72-73". I recently have been converting my 35mm slides to digital and found one that I took out of the back door of my work station towards the perimeter which was only about 100ft away. It shows a Thai standing on top of a tank truck spraying the perimeter area. I had seen this done twice while there. I need instruction on how to upload this picture to this post. It might be of some help to a AO exposure claim.
