Good information for research. What if, like in my spouces case, her TDUI has been differed on the last award letter (1 JUN 15) and the local VSO wants her to file the form with the attached employer statements, but she has not been able to work within the five year employment window required and has been attending on-line school for that time because she can't work. She did in fact leave her last full time emlployer (DOD Civilian) because of the SC disability and the installation that she worked was closed under the BRAC, so there is no one to contact anymore to get the required signatures. Our local VSO does not want her to include her time in school and start the 5 year employment window from her last day worked (2005), wich is clearly not possible. I realize that this is might not be the right forum for this but she needs help to complete the form(s) asap. Please some one help her get some clear and straight information, not double talk.
