  1. so not incurred in service, not aggravated by service no service medical records. no condition? it said you had no diagnosis? When was the last time you heard something from them? Man Appeals Management Center is ridiculously slow.

It has been 18 months since our last contact with the VA in Jackson,MS. The VA stipulated it now has my IME, MSRS and private medical records. I have been told they will never overturn a decision

made in Jackson regardless of the evidence. Only Atlanta is a worse VA center.

  2. Do you have a copy of your Rating Decision? 2012? Is it on appeal?

Yes, I have a copy of the ratings decision , denied, from 2012 and a NOD was filed about 18 months ago. The ratings decision states I don't have any of the conditions nor any MSRS. The VA in Jackson,MS states that I had no MSRS, even though the NP had them in the Cand P Exam. I got mu congressmans office to get the VA to state in writing that the VA did indeed have my MSRS. 6 months after obtaining the verification from the VA the VA informed me that they did not have them. I resubmiited the MSRS and civilian medical records again. The VA mailroom signed for the records, the Cand P examer stated that he didn't have them and denied my claim anyway.

Whether he had my records or not, the condition is visible to the eye and he remarked about my prior surgeries indicating scar length, yet he stated there was no evidence the condition existed.

  3. I have been diagnosed with cogenital pes planus(Latin for hollow foot , AKA high arches) My entrance exam made no note of the condition. I completed Army Airborne and Air Assault training. During the Air Assault graduation day road march my feet locked up, I could barely walk, (incidently I scored 299 on my PT test. 99 push ups, 92 situps, 12:30 2 mile run.) I finished the road march with about 2 minutes to spare. I was taken to infirmary, given motrin and confined to quartes for 3 days. My first day back to pt my feet locked up again, fell and was taken back to the infirmary. My MSR'S state " feet and toes stiffen while running" " fell in hole, has class 2 severe right ankle sprain, swollen, limited range of motion, torn tendons". Confined to quarters again. I was 4 months from ETS. Took a week of leave , rested, came back and finished with an honorable discharge. I started having trouble again, went to a podiatrist, diagnosed with heel spurs. Given injections did not work. Sent to an orthapedic surgeon. Diagnosed with biateral plantar fascitis. Placed in walkin boots for a year. Didn't work. Had surgery on both feet. A year later, surgery on left foot again for the same thing. 4 months ago diagnosed with a Giant Cell Tumor of the Tendon Sheath, Contracted a staph infection after surgery, nearly lost my foot. I am slowly recovering, a very large area has turned black and has to heal. I can't work, have a wife and 2 children. Told by Dr I will be out at least a year. I filed for disability for the condition and was denied. The NP that conducted my C and P exam stated I had pes cavus, hammer toes, plntar fasciltis, scars, and anklyosis. I though I was good to go. My Cand P came back, the same NP noted I have none of the conditions and was denied. I have an IME, states service connected. I have 3 orthapedic surgeons, 2 MDS, 2 NPs, and a podiatrist that state I have the condition. My claim has been in Jackson,MS since.1/1/12. I have contacted my congressmen and begged for help to no avail. I don''t know what to do. Prayers would be greatly aprreciated.
