  1. no, no lies. I've actually had back surgery as a result of that service connected injury, and the VA had the gull to call it a muscle strain...wth? Admittedly I probably worry too much, PTSD, anxiety, OCD. I guess I'm always looking around the corner for the boogeyman.
  2. Is there a form or do I have to fill out a new comp form for ED due to PTSD? Will they accept lay evidence?
  3. I am service connected 20 percent for lumbosacral strain for my back. I have good days and I have really bad days. Do I have to worry about some investigator coming to my house seeing me cutting the lawn-on one of my good day- screaming fraudulent claim!?
  4. how would I write that up? I have ED from my PTSD or the meds.
  5. I have a 70 percent rating for PTSD due to MST. I have an additional 20 percent for lumbosacral strain. That, of course is rounded up to 80 percent. My PTSD has secondary opiate, alcohol, and marijuana use disorders. I contracted Hep C in 2001 shortly after being separated while self medicating. My question is should I put in my TDIU in first or put my claim in for Hep C secondary condition to PTSD due to my drug use? If I get the secondary the TDIU is a moot point. I guess I am asking what is the best way to proceed? Any help in this matter is appreciated.
  6. you're probably right. where humans are concerned there can be self-interest.
  7. always have a VSO, don't leave home without one.
