Trumps VA Whitehouse Hotline Experience
WomanMarine replied to WomanMarine's question in VA Disability Claims Research
I talked to the 'patient advocate' ... I thought she was putting me on ... Her name was 'Helga' and she had a very, very heavy Russian accent. Not that we don't have US citizens that are Russian ... It just hit me as funny as the VA is aware that I made the call to the WH hotline, as they told me it was in my file. But all the stuff with Trump and Russia ... maybe it was the timing. But I am pretty darn sure there are folks in the VA that do what they can to 'disrupt' the claims of vets ... I think they may think that the more they approve that they will be 'working themselves out of a job' ... Remember it was just, recently, the 0bama administration that created the 'Fusion Centers' where the SPLC helped in aiding to the LEO opinion that most vets (and Ron Paul supporters) are 'domestic terrorists' ... Potential Timothy McVeigh's ... I kid you not ... Maybe Helga wasn't just a VA employee ... Lol. Did I tell you I have an imagination? -
Trumps VA Whitehouse Hotline Experience
WomanMarine replied to WomanMarine's question in VA Disability Claims Research
Hmm ... So I called last week and the fellow on the other end of the line agreed, they should have gotten back to me by now. I waited another week and called again, however this time I was given a NEW case number and an additional 21 days before they were to get to it ... Not so good, so far ... -

I called. Spoke with a nice fellow that agreed, the WH should have responded to me by now ... He said he would follow-up. We will see. -
Total Knee Replacement on June 6
WomanMarine replied to broncovet's question in VA Disability Claims Research
The VA is now telling me I need a TKR ... I am like most and do not trust. I am going to be monitoring progress on this one. Good luck broncovet! May God be with you! -
Trumps VA Whitehouse Hotline Experience
WomanMarine posted a question in VA Disability Claims Research
Curious who has called the Trump VA WH hotline? I just realized that they are late on answering my complaint. It was submitted 5/10 and a response was due back in "21 business days" = 6/8 ... and nothing but 'crickets' ... -
My RAMP was sent in on May 10th ... but VSO did not sign form, so 'officially' it is May 17th ... grrr. My NOD has closed and it is now listed on Vets.gov as RAMP ... I also have a WH complaint initiated on May 10th ... They have 21 business days to complete, it is in regards to my claim. I hope to see this thread hopping with good news in the next few weeks!

Will do more, when I can, as this board has been a GREAT RESOUCE! Thank you!

I have already contacted WH Hotline on another matter ... As they screwed up my Effective Date when they awarded my benefits. It seems to be a never ending nightmare with the VA, for me. I will wait on the WH and their investigation, as this seems to be issue with VARO ... I did not realize to 'redact' my name ... mods?

Thanks for the 'sage' Broncovet. Yes, I was mad, because of such hubris! But I did not think of 'revenge' as much as I thought about 'exposure' ... While I have only been, actively, playing the VA 'game' for the last two years, I recognize the problems that plague the VA, but I never 'really' thought fraud was an option. I always thought the VA problem more centralized on 'disorganization' ... I guess when the proof is staring one in the face, it is not only disappointing, it is concerning.

Not "revenge" ... but blatant 'abuse' of the system! How are people going to learn about this if it is not exposed? I had the VA squared away in 1976, regarding my 'time in service'. And now, because I finally have the time to focus on my claim and reapply, they have the hubris to 'manipulate' my records! I have known for years that there is a huge problem in the VA, but no clue that they would stoop this low. As far as 'helping others' ... I have been doing that, the more I learn of the ropes of the 'corrupt' system. But mostly I refer them to this forum, as I know this is where one starts, research!

I pulled the first one out of eBenefits today. I pulled this one from eBenefits in 2017. My 'service dates' have not changed. There was no reason, that I can discern, for removing part of my service.

Not sure if I am posting this in the proper forum, Mods, please move if inappropriate. I was so disgusted by this action, and since I had unequivocal proof, I figured it should be seen by our Top dog ... Yep, that is a fact! I spoke with my VSO today regarding moving my NOD to RAMP. Everything is all fine and dandy when we get off the phone. Five minutes later I get another phone call from him. My NOD that I filed had been 'resolved' not in my favor. When I FINALLY get down to 'brass tacks' with the VSO, I find out the reason for denial is because there was not a SOC filed with the Form 9 and supporting docs. To me, it was all 'cut and dry' ... but to the folks at the VA, I have to 'spoon feed' as if it was the 'first' time they have seen my claim! So I crafted my SOC to 'connect the dots' ... and added some other 'choice' interpretations of the 'system', since I figured I would have 'high level' eyes on a 38 year old claim ... Where we go one, we go all!

I just received my 'Opt-in' for RAMP, figured you guys would be on it ... I got my IU in Feb of this year, but they separated my 'Early Effective Date'. I FINALLY got my CFile and can unequivocally show a CUE on my ED. My VSO advised to file a NOD with regional. I saw today that my claim had updated: I have no clue why the VA split out the effective date of my claim from my original claim. But now that I am here I am willing to be a 'lab rat' for the VA and get this claim finally settled! I will be talking to my VSO about this in the morning.
