Good morning veterans After four years I finally receive my NOD Rating decision ,and I’m happy with this Reading decision, but I Disagree with the effective date . I have proof to show it should it should be an early date So , I decided to appeal the Effective date, I am not a good writer , And there is no VSO near me, so I have to do this on my own ,Where can I find samples of statements Or good written arguments that will help me write my own statement. Thank you

Hello veterans I’m 100% disabled I am 46 years old I have champva for my spouse and child as a secondary insurance, I’ve been working full-time for many years .So I have a primary insurance through my company that I pay out-of-pocket ,that covers my spouse and child . I decided that September First ,I’m gonna start working part time instead of full-time.The downside is that I will lose my primary medical insurance , In many places they do not take champva , I need advice on where can I buy medical insurance that is not gonna Be super expensive for somebody that works part time. Thank you

Not really sure What was the rate back in 2015’s . On ebenefits It shows the 100% Effective date ,November 2015 Back in those days my reading was 60% now the backpay will be the difference from 60 %to 100 % what about the SMC that gets added to the backpay ?

Hello vets I haven 100% P&T for my back and hips affective date November 2017, I had submitted a NOD back in 2015 for anxiety , a Decision was granted march 26, 2018 , after 140 days waiting for the DRO letter , I just find out it’s in route on the mail they awarded me 100% with a surprise that I was not expecting they gave me SMC $342 more on my check. That’s great news for me and my family I decided that I’m going to work part time for non ,thank everybody for all the help.

I am 100% P&T for my back and hips Since November 2017 I appeal a claim for Anxiety back in 2015 I received the DRO decision from the records department, And it shows that my NOD from 2015 was granted that Day awarded me 100 percent for anxiety/depression, but I’m still Waiting for the reading desition. It shows effective date May 19, 2015, the Question that I have for you is as follow. I had submitted an Informal claim for an increase back in 1997 ;for my back and hips Condition. With the claim, there were Nexuses . Where the doctor Diagnosed and Mention that my back and hips were worse than before, and that I was suffering from Anxiety and depression ,And I was not able to work, and that he prescribed me with medication. But on my claim I was not asking for Anxiety or depression I was approved ,granted 10% for my back and hips The Nexus needed to be translated Because it was in a different language but, I never heard back from the VA regarding this issue. P.S DRO did mention the Nexsus from Dr.from 1997 that my anxiety started that year. Can I still Fight to change the defective date,to 1997 this claim was submitted 7 months after my ETS Thank you

Hello I need some help, I submitted a notice of this agreement back in May 2015 , for Claim that was denied back In November 2015 for anxiety. On April 26, 2018 It shows that my NOD was complete ,VA granted me 100% for Anxiety/ Depression. Now back in April 14, 1997 . I submitted an information claim , requesting for increase for my back and hips injuries that the VA awarded me 10% back in those days. Attached to that claim there was a statement , from my Private doctor explained my condition and that I was suffering from anxiety and depression, And that I was not able to work and that he describe me medication. Question Now that I am awarded 100% for Anxiety and depression ,Can I dispute the effective date , and if yes what do I have to do what form do I have to submit. Thank you
