So I saw my mental provider today and I believe he is diagnosing me for ptsd, where can I locate the documentation for that? I didn't see it in the notes from my visit today. On ebenifits it does mention waiting 3 days but the appointment and visit details were uploaded today...?

So did you get approval or no? Also, I'm putting together a claim for PTSD, Tinnitus and my back, should I file them under the same claim or separate? Any help Helps! Lol thanks
