I am going to head down this morning to see why i am not getting it when it states I should be and why it doesnt show on disability listing as 100%

Entitled to special monthly compensation under 38 U.S.C. 1114, subsection (s) and 38 CFR 3.350(i) on account of degenerative joint disease, right wrist (also claimed as arthrodesis) rated 100 percent and additional service-connected disabilities of tinnitus, left shoulder strain, adjustment disorder with mixed anxiety and depressed mood claimed as post-traumatic stress disorder, painful scars, right dorsal wrist, independently ratable at 60 percent or more from 12/23/2016 to 03/01/2017. Rating Date : 12/30/2019 I dont see any change in my pay so not sure what his is.

Thanks for the info! Mine was kicked back to gathering evidence on the 12th of December with the exact same start date. Due to the Dr's statement in a new c&p exam they requested on my neck. So they can't give me my neck without also giving me my back as they are tied together in my claim!!! they have already told me i will get 10% on my neck so waiting to find out what they will give me on my back. Should be pretty good as my back is in bad shape. Been out of work for a very long time.

Well they kicked it back to gathering evidence the other day and sent me a form for unemployability. I didnt ask for it but they are sending anyway. what does that mean? That they think i need it or what? I do need it but coulnt get it due to my current rating. Which my liaison from the va said is getting increased from another claim to 90 ( tentatively ).

I appreciate it guys. Its just hard to swallow seeing I've not been able to work for over a year now due to these disabilities. and trying to live and raise a child on 1400 a month is beyond difficult. Hoping and praying it comes before Christmas but not going to hold my breath!

Thanks bud. They wouldn't tell me untill i recieve it letter ugh. But did say I will be happier come march. If they rated as it should be when I read the c and p exams. It should be close to 100k back pay. Would it take them that long to pay that?

The american legion told me that my higher level review was done. Its not showing complete in ebenifits. the 1000# peggy said it would be done in march but american legion said it was done but i would probably happier with it in march. what does that mean?
