Has anyone in Illinois who has applied for the new Disabled Veterans Homestead Exemption actually received it or seen any document or anything from your county assessors office that has affected your tax bill? I applied to the Cook county Assessors office a couple of months ago and have yet to see or hear anything!!! B)
