  1. If I wasn't all ready collecting both, I would be totally confused reading these replies. I collect 100% P&T, TDIU service connected and SSDI. The amount of my SSDI is based on my earnings and you can get that info from SSA. Neither amount is reduced. Several years ago I got the info from this forum. Hope this helps. Jim in Sequim
  2. Thanks for the reply, I do see a VA therapist every other week and see another therapist every 90 days for my medication. All this info was sent to SSA. They must be to lazy to ask for info, so I will do it myself. Jim in Sequim
  3. I have been receiving SSDI for 3+ years. I had an attorney and ended going in front of a judge who approved me in about 5 minutes. A couple of weeks ago I recieved paperwork for a review. I filled out the forms and sent them back. Today I recieved more forms from determination services WA state. They want me to fill out a Function Report-Adult. This paperwork is from the same place that found me to be not disabled over three years ago. I suffer from PTSD and yes I do get benefits from VA TDIU. VA had me go see a shrink about 2 years ago to see if things had change. They had not and was given total and permanant. Wife is eligeble for school benifits I turn 60 in Oct this year. I will fill out and return the forms and stress until I get an answer. I hope I don't have to go through the attorney drill again. Any advise on this Thanks for the help in advance, Jim in Sequim
  4. I was wondering if anyone has gone through the review for SSDI? I was just awarded Permanent status for service connected disablity. I am scheduled for a review for SSDI. Has anyone gone through it? Thanks for the info in advance. Jim in Sequim
  5. No future exam is scheduled. Jim in Sequim In this state(WA), if you are disabled you are exempt from paying property tax. However, your income cannot be more tht $3500(I think this is correct) a month. I collect VA at 100% and collect SSA, so I have to much income. Go figure, I think it is time for me to lobby the state reps. Jim in Sequim
  6. Glad to be back and thanks for all the help and support. I recieved a letter from Seattle yesterday, awarding me a permanent status. I had requested an evaluation for an increase of my PTSD. The letter pretty much stated that nothing had changed in the last 4 years and so I was granted Pand T. With unemployability. My wife is also eligible for educational assistiance. I filed Feb 11, 2005, rating decision was Sept 29, 2005. I have been quite stressed waiting for this decision. Now maybe I can relax a little. Thanks again for the support. Jim in Sequim
