was on tdiu then got a new rating that said the following: "your overall or combined rating is 100%." so i guess tdiu is gone and now i am scheduler 100% P and T theirs a bunch of left over new service connections so i guess that will or those issues will be applied to the pending smc r2 claim PTSD was deferred and mood is still at 70% some body said something comrbined dont know what that means in relation to ptsd deferred and mood at 70%

okay so then i would tell the va either give me 100% for mood or ptsd and can i use that 100% as the 100% for smc or do i have to use another injury outsode of the 100% i already have?

Hi: have another question. I have mood disorder at 70% PTSD is currently deferred. i had my private psych doctors write 2 letter saying i have PTSD comp and pension doctor said yes he sufferred a traumatic injury assault but i feel it's not PTSD after that i got a letter from VA saying it the PTSD was deferred what happens next? I requested VA grant me 100% PTSD and they deferred the issue.

Hi: I would like to know what happens when this grant is approved? I filed it and the VA told me it is still under review. Do i get the money or does the person the contractor get the money? How much is the grant for. I think a friend of mine told me $ 50, 000.00, is that correct? Does the VA direct deposit into my account where i normally get my monthly comp? its actually for a vet friend of mine im vet but my friend keeps bugging me all the time he cant get out much so i posted the same question in the general forum with my buddies rating ratable stuff he has going on so i showed him your response and his doctor is going to write a letter to the va because he needs a lot of nursing help he's getting more sick every day the meds they giv him cause him to throw up all his food and he lost weight from 250 to 228 now hes 160 something has to be done i hope i can help him get SMC R 2 ths gren sorry for being impatient

no i did not get any thing in 07 we had a dro hearing then after the va produces a letter claiming they set me asking for info i never saw or get that letter friend of mine says since the lost records have just been found va has to re-open the claim based 38 CFR 3.156 jim strickland got me a private lawyer so ill see what happens here

i was just awarded 100% scheduler i had filed a claim in 86 the va never did any thing then in 2008 the rest of my medical records were located my question is does the va have to immediately open the 86 claim and pay me retro to 2001 the date of my first award i saved the 86 claim with the varo stamp? what will happen my nso has requested a dro but a friens of mine said screw that get the nso to take the lost files and the prior claim up to the va and tell them to pay the missing records include the stuff i asked for in 86 they never did anything with the 86 claim i dont want to wait long time for a dro hearing thx

Hi. My raring decision is in AFTER 3 YEARS OF FIGHTING TO!!! i got two huge brown envelopes one from the dav and one from the VA. Currently I am tdiu. WELL WAS ON TDIU The Va lost my medical records those lost records were located at NPRC. I'll just include the top sentence from the DAV the VA decision is to long. I applied for SMC LOOKS LIKE that was denied. I dont know what will happen to the tdiu, so heres what the DAV letter says: The disabled American Veterans (DAV) has reveiwed the most recent VA decision concerning your claim for benefits. A combined evaluation of 100 percent has been assigned as a result of the following actions THEN LIST ALL OF NEW RATABLE DECISIONS MY VIET NAM FRIEND TOLD ME NOT TO LIST THAT INFO SINCE THE VA WOULD KNOW WHO I AM ON THE CPU? then it lists all me new ratable issues on top of my tdiu I wont list them because the VA would know whose making this post and i have a lot of other issues to deal with them. I called my viet nam vet friend he told me congradulations your now a schedular 100 and you can go to work AND REAPPLY TO VOC REHAB VOC REHAB CANT REDUCE YOU BECAUSE YOUR SCHED 100 NOT TDIU THEN HE SAID OH RAH SEMPER FI OUTSTANDING . WHATS GOING ON HERE My viet nam friend told me i am elgible for property tax reduction and in some states i may not have to pay any property tax at all.
