In the past 5 years or so, the medical record is for the most part electronic. I can print out copies of each visit and I guess it's considered an original copy. But remember the old SF 600s. Double sided. The lines were brown. And the DR would hand write the note? I have copies of those notes but not the originals. I have copies of an ER visit after a bad parachute landing fall. I didn't know if the VA only takes original notes. Thank you so much for the information

Should I arrange my Medical Record in chronological order or by complaint? I think that by complaint it will be easier to find each supporting document. But the medical record is in chronological order. I think it's easier and faster to find each visit. And the examiner doesn't have to go fishing for information.

Will the VA accept copies of my medical appointments or does the VA only accept original copies of the SF 600s?
I'm still on active duty for 253 more days.

Hi there, I retire in 253 days. I'll have a total of 26 years. 6 in the reserves and the last 20 active duty. I'm putting my claim toghether. Haven't had the retirement physical yet. Thank you for all the information posted.

I haven't found ADD or ADHD in the 38 CFR. Is it rated if it's treated with Concerta?
