Hi all!
It has been a long while, and my Latest representative ( VA rep in my area) wants to know if I have any more past cases I can send him, copies. I had a civilian case printed at one time that a patient had a failed pancreas surgery, and won a lawsuit. I had it printed at one time, and cannot find it to include in my papers. if anyone has seen the database or the forum post, from a couple years ago, please let me know. my BVA hearing is in a couple weeks, early March 2016. I don't remember where the post is where I got the info to print. (I do have a case that shows Vets winning their 1151.) But, having more is good.

I have top chat with my rep at the Salem VA office, in a week, (the last time they bungled the chat and refused to listen... so I have to go through this again), in preparation for the Hearing in March.
re: the 1151: which I filed by myself because the VA refused to help me file, I took Berta's advice, continuing my claim and appeal, and also have a copy of a couple 1151 type claims, similar to mine.

It kills me, my mind can no longer think properly been sick to long, too much hell and suffering. I will pack up the boxes and notes again.
I have many issues to fight for, so I just take my meds and go through this nightmare a few more times. I have other avenues if I have problems with the current claims. But, again,. the pancreas disease is to much for me, I am just glued together with meds, my brains foggy. The morphine keeps the pain from overwhelming me.
So, going to a meeting with VA rep, then March the Traveling Board hearing..
That's it. Nothing to memorize, as I have truth on my side.

Date, travel Board Appeal: March (? -8) 2016. I think it's correct date without looking again. So, I guess I have to take the reps I ended up with in Oregon, who are horrible (dirty rotten bad!) and refused to listen when I transferred, I got yelled and lectured, they refused to listen that I already had appeals... I finally haired someone else, then was told it was to late since the appeal was going so they an only advise me from behind. Nightmare? I am so sick, hope I make it been internally bleeding a lot with pancreatic disease!

I have a fail safe, for my family life insurance, if I die before the VA get's done screwing me, at least they have something when I am gone... As with other the years tick by, but having a fatal pancreatic disease, everyday could be the last... that's the game they play, they have the time, they have the money... I am happy there are more people speaking up on the brutal VA...liars... crooks...

I filled pits with fuel and was there when they lit the fires... but I was actually soaked in fuel for several years.... so add it all up...

How can you find people from same units or buddy searches? I could use a couple of letters form people I worked with on active duty but have no clue where they are...
Even general letters from people who worked in the same field are welcome. Anyone work with chemicals? Liquid chemicals? Fuels, petroleum chemicals? One last step, anyone have contact with chemicals, for any reason?
additional: medical effect if any? Thanx

I always thought they should watch the va for giving out psychiatric drugs, with wrong diagnosis, they tried that with me many times, telling me my pain and suffering was in my head until the pancreatic cyst was so large it looked like a large object sticking out of my belly under my ribs.. the drugs felt like they would make you want to jump off of a building... all because they wanted to have me take something to shut me up... they should have an investigation for pushing sick patients off on head doctors because they screw up diagnosis...

To me it looks like a good thing... but I no longer travel... a couple hours travel and I am done for 2 days or more... back to bed... for those that can and want to... it sounds look a good thing to attend and share... maybe have a bunch of regional ones with live camera feeds..

still no offer of letters? Anyone have any leads from vets who can help with letters? They need not be long letters... I think these would benefits a lot of us.. thanx

They are hassling me over my contact soaked in leaded gasoline (daily, part of my job), and documents from USAF doctors showing I was in contact daily..on active duty... so this is of interest to me..

again, even letters form people who had experienced working with and contact are helpful, I was careful on my wording on what I am looking for... yes, also letters from people I knew... but even if I didn't know at least people who had the contact with... etc.... it is all helpful, I can sort out later...

I need letters from Vets that had contact with petroleum chemicals on the job, active duty. I need to submit letters from vets who worked with chemicals, if possible those vets that had contact and worked with petroleum chemicals, fuels, Jet Fuel, Gasoline, Diesel, Trichloroethylene, etc. Would like statements about contact, clothing, skin, etc. Number of times, estimates, etc. Any protective clothing, if any. Dates of service. Any other info. I need these letters to add to my evidence for a future hearing for my VA disability appeals.
These letters need not be long, just short and to the point, but enough information so they are presentable. Contact information needed in case the BVA judges need to contact for any clarification.

I have had private and va,,, in General the VA hospital has been good,, I am not even going into the 1151 issues and the disease and surgeries, but a few bad apples... I had Kaiser and they sucked too.... and hate any medical/medicare stuff.. hate as they were worse, as I had socialized medical coverage because we were poor growing up. VA is still better then that... plus, I hope to never ever have to explain my life story again,, a huge frakkin mess!!!!

I meant attorney, poa, dav, whoever... whoever that is your poa... keeping the same one may work for you... it is a very difficult decision, how far are you along in the process, etc...

I just went through this,,,, your in a catch -22, depends on how complicated your claim is.. new attorney may suck, would be nice to keep original, but too far to have easy access. So,... I say depends on the amount of complications, if any... also, if you have any hearings, then, you might have travel... I am not happy with my poa change, am working to hard to get things done.. too sick.. it al depends on communication, travel, etc... also, will the new one be good? they are all different... interview a new one and ask those questions...

I have to personally request each month my morphine that i have been taking for 20 years. For February, I started my usual monthly request for my morphine refills January 30th. They never came, but they sometimes let time slip, in fact they let it slip so bad they now refill on the 2nd week of the month when it all is suppose to be the 1st of every month. Not it is slipping a day each month later. They refuse to make it the 1st of every month, as they just let it slip. Then, apparently my primary doctor's nurse at the VA must have went on vacation, there was a fill in nurse. She never forwarded all of my requests to my doctors, so he never sent the refills. They always send them by UPS and I have to sign for them. How many years of this stuff goes on with sick vets, and yet the VA keeps saying they fix the problems! I cannot live or eat, not to mention pain and withdrawls from the wrong dose... I could not eat, drink, or live, I have a fatal form of pancreas disease. It is supposedly one of the worst painful diseases, I can only say it is hell, horrible. I take nausea meds for cancer patients. I just didn't know where else to put this post.

I tried ebenefits website to get papers, what a waste of time! I was hoping to get some SOC's. just total b.s.

Well, I didn't have the money to pay for help, until recently, I finally sold my car, had to lose more money, dropped the price until it sold, but at least paid for help with my claim.. also bought a new printer copier, as it was too difficult to make copies with the old printer, it was a pain with inkjet, and HP inkjets suck when it comes the printers constantly refusing to work if it doesn't like the cartridge, no more of the B.S. ! I got a Brother laser printer, copier, fax. MFC, all-in-one. No more HP garbage! With my boxes of medical records, if I need copies, I hope it will work better. Sorry if anyone loves their HP printer, but I had HP for many years, and they suck very expensive ink, refuse to let you use refills, because of some crappy chip technology that stops people from using refills. Then they rob your ass blind for new inkjet cartridges !

I probably have them all, but it would be EXTREMELY helpful to get them (my SOC's and decision going back 20 years) very soon, as it is time sensitive. I need them for a new rep I need to hire. I have copies, but mine are not organized. I know these are excuses, but I am very sick leaving me disorganized, hard to think straight, and I need to gather them of, make sure I keep copies... I was hoping the damned VA e-benefits website would allow a vet who is already a member with login and password had access to download these files. What good is e-benefits if you can't get your records? Guess I will just have to try top scape them together in my boxes of mess of papers.. and send them off in a USPS box.

I need to find out if I can download al my documents, like my SOC's from the VA ebenefits website... I could not find them there to download, but then again, the server often doesn't respond very well...

I need to get copies of all my SOC's and decisions. I mean all since the first in the 1990's up until now. Can I go the VA website, go to my account, and download them, are they al available for download?

I need all these documents to help get someone the document so they can see and help me with what I have with the VA. I find al my files a mess to go through and I feel my files may not be complete.

btw, Mr. John Dorle is helping, but cannot take over existing cases (apparently some laws or rules stop me from being able to change.).
I have him on retainer.
I did file the 1151 on my own, as the VA rep refused, but that didn't seem to matter. As I have many claims on appeal. Also, my latest rep doesn't know if they are only on the 1151 for the hearing or everything.
I am too sick to think straight and don't know.
