Where's My Stimulus Money?

...sorry to kinda highjack the thread, but it's related... I was just wondering, I haven't received my stimulus either, but I owe a 20 year old student loan and the IRS has been keeping my tax refunds for the past 20 yrs, but it seems NONE of it went to the Dept of Education towards the loan...go figure... Anyway, I haven't been able to work for the past couple of years, but I do draw V.A. disability rated at 30% service-connected. Will they hold my stimulus this time like they did last time for the student loan payments? Does anyone know? thanks...
