Rating Cases At The Bva Website

Please help improve VA Enterprise Search by rating these search results. Use the "Rate this document" bar below each record after reviewing the document.

Has anyone been reading the BVA cases lately? Any ideal of why they would like you to rate after you read?

I am not sure which is high to low, but I took a chance and gave mine a very low rating. I had a " Buddy Letter" in my claims file and it is not even mentioned.

They are wanting you to "rate" the "search" results, not the results of the claim, etc.

In other words; How did the search engine function for you?

I have said it many times, " The VA has made me dummer than dumb". I assumed if I could read it, it worked just fine.

I thought they wanted me to rate, just how well, " I understood", what they were saying, " in their write-up.

Gee, Maybe those " Psychiatrist were correct in giving me that GAF of 40.
