Lee Mullins Posted August 10, 2007 Share Posted August 10, 2007 I am 100% Individual unemployability my disabilities are 70% PTSD 10% right knee 10% left knee 10%tinnitus 10%undiognosed illness and I am reciving chapter 35 benifits dose that mean that i am Permanent and Total? Have you applied for SSA too-the VA award letter is good evidence for that and you can get both SSA and VA comp with no offset.
